Cancellations should be made within 48 hours of your booking by calling us on 01502 734 343. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours, you may cancel by e-mail but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. A cancellation fee may apply after this time.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Unfortunately we don’t accept cheques or American Express cards.All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website.
What do I need to bring with me for an Aphrodite Spa Day?
Please be sure to bring your swimming costume, flip flops and towels with you. Robes will be provided.
Do I need to do anything before I arrive at Aphrodite?
We ask if you have booked a massage you shower before your appointment. We also advise that you do not shower or swim straight a few hours after your appointment to ensure the maximum benefit from the essential oil that we will use to treat you.
Do I need to book a consultation before booking a specialist/clinical treatment?
Yes, before booking a specialist/clinical appointment we ask that you book a consultation with Jane Potter. Jane has over 25 years experience and can advice you on the best treatments for you and how to get the best results. This will last 30 minutes and costs £25.
I would like to buy an Aphrodite Gift Voucher. How long are they valid for?
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers are not redeemable against the following items or services:
- Over the counter beauty products
- Specialist/Clinical Treatments
Do I need to tell you about any medical conditions?
Please inform us of any medical conditions at time of booking.
Our right to cancel: If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone, where possible.
